My biography

Giomar Rodriguez Arevalo; Born in Bogotá, Colombia on August 1, 1960. Daughter of José Gilberto Rodríguez and Arcelia Arevalo. After finishing secondary education at the Policarpa Salavarrieta School, she traveled to the United States of America in 1985 looking for better job opportunities, where he currently lives in the city of New Jersey, until he finally found a vocation in art. .

Start in art participating in 2016 with the New Jersey Artists Collective at the Union City Historical Museum, directed by the Ecuadorian taster, sculptor and painter based in the United States Amado Mora, sponsored by State Senator Brian P. Stack.

Several other important art exhibitions are: in Newark, New Jersey at the Queens Museum of Art Corona Park in Flushing Meadows. Also with the Garabito Group of Artists from the Dominican Republic directed by its Artist and art taster Alberto Caraballo.

At the Thomas Edison Museum in West Orange, New Jersey, also in 2 exhibitions at the Monserrat Art Gallery in New York, at the Yerba Buena Theater in Connecticut, New York.

In art exhibitions at the Salvadoran Consulate. He has participated in several regional exhibitions in New Jersey and in the Consulate of Colombia directed by Monica Chavarria and Consul Diego Fernando Mora.

She has taken art classes with the artist Juan Ramiro Torres, who invited her to participate in the Art exhibitions at the Carrousel du Louvre, in Paris, France in October 2022.
